Development, implementation and maintenance of different application systems to support existing business operations.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To take part in all phases of system and associated IT projects and systems, including to develop programs and enhance/maintain existing programs, to conduct program testing, system testing and user acceptance test, and prepare job control procedures for trial runs and production runs;
• To enhance and maintain the new RINEX generation program to facilitate the user for the downloading of RINEX data and the use of GNSS Data Automatic Computation service;
• To participate the development of dashboard with Grafana for monitoring different components of the system;
• To enhance the existing web-based coordinates transformation tool service and existing Coordinate Transformation API service;
• To prepare and maintain program documentation (e.g. data and API specifications, etc.) to support system enhancement and bug fixing; and

• Degree holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Have good knowledge in development software in Windows environment with C#.NET/VB.NET; developing web-based applications using ASP.NET, HTML, XML, Javascript; developing web-based applications / desktop applications with connecting to MS-SQL Server, PostgreSQL; 
• Hands-on experience in web programming and .NET programming is essential;
• Have knowledge in the following technology will be an advantage: Python; 
• Have at least 1 year experience in using Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) to extract data for analyst;
• Have at least 2 years' experience in using Grafana for dashboard development;
• Experience in API Development and knowledge of API documentation tools will be an advantage, but not a must;
• Experience in processing of RINEX data to support application development and knowledge in RINEX data standards will be an advantage, but not a must; and
• Have at least 5 years experience in the field of information technology, of which at least 3 year must be in similar nature of the present post.
