Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Handle daily maintenance and support activities such as administration, configuration and troubleshooting of network, server and storage systems;
• Prepare and maintain documentation for network, server and storage systems;
• Provide support services to end-users on use of IT systems and facilities;
• Perform ongoing system and network monitoring;
• Manage system backup and restore to ensure data security;
• Manage and maintain security of IT systems;
• Supervise and monitor contractors in system development and upgrade projects; and

• Degree holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2016;
• Solid experience in Microsoft Windows 10;
• Solid experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Lotus Notes;
• Solid experience in managing hypervisor based virtual machine hosts;
• Solid experience in managing SAN and NAS equipment;
• Solid experience in network firewall administration and configuration;
• Experience in data centre and site preparation is preferable;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; and
• Good attitude, polite and self-motivated.
