Manage the development of electronic system and provide IT support for other initiatives.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Oversee the development of the electronic system and ensure compliance with standards, methodologies and quality requirements.
• Supervise the IT team to coordinate system enhancement, including common entry, data interface, interface with other digital services platform for electronic systems for all PRSs.
• Provide technical support and training of the electronic system(s) to internal staff and helpdesk support to external users.
• Secure network by monitoring network access control.
• Oversee and manage the implementation of new IT initiatives, e.g. BI tools, infographics software, Geospatial Information, mobile app development, etc.
• Prepare IT-related returns.
• Conduct IT-related procurement, including preparation and technical assessment of tender and managing outsourcing work / services.
• Conduct any duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 6 years of experience in project management; system development/implementation /maintenance.
• Knowledge of web Application development with Java and HTML and data operation in SQL server.
• Good interpersonal, presentation, communication and analytic skills.
• Possess experience in cloud services and big data analysis is preferable.
