Application Support for Implementation of Portals.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To carry out system analysis and design, system development, UAT support, production rollout and system documentation update in the project.
• To provide support on application enhancements and system interfaces with other internal systems.
• To monitor the outsourced contractors and liaise with external and internal parties for application support on system interfaces.
• To conduct various testing on deliverables from the outsourced contractors.
• To ensure high level of stability, availability, reliability, performance and security of online services is provided to the public after completion of the project.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in application support including application server, Jasper Reports and batch jobs.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills to liaise with outsourced contractors and other internal parties for application support.
• Ability to work independently and willing to work overtime.
• Candidate should note that he / she will be required to work and perform on-site system support tasks in production site during non-office hours occasionally.
• Candidate should note that he / she will be required to assist supervisors and work with other project teams, vendors and/or end-users to complete the required tasks. 
• Candidate should note that he / she will be required to carry out other duties as assigned.
