System Analysis and Design and System Implementation and Integration

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Assist in leading and monitoring the IT support team subordinates for on-going maintenance, development, testing and deployment of enhancements for IT systems.
• Assist in handling user enquiry, collecting user requirements, preparing documentation, planning and coordinating the development and maintenance tasks.
• Take part in all phases of IT projects including systems analysis and design, procurement and systems installation, programming, implementation, system nursing and maintenance, etc.
• Assist in project management, vendor management and quality management for IT projects and outsourcing services, including quality assurance of deliverables, progress monitoring, service acceptance, etc.
• Provide technical support for procurement of hardware, software and services.
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned. 

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Must have experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support.
• Must have experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)).
• Work experience in Multi-tier System Integration is highly desirable.
• Must have work experience in IT Procurement.
• Work experience in Vendor Management and project management are desirable.
