Responsible to lead the daily system operation, support and maintenance of the Integrated Management System and the IT Infrastructure.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to take a leading role for the system operation, support and maintenance of integrated management system as required.

• Perform quality control on the deliverables during the system maintenance stage;
• Performing quality assurance, including but not limited to the performance monitoring, integrity and security on the different components of the system infrastructure, including the hardware and software;
• Carry out testing, site deployment and maintenance activities;
• Attend progress meetings with users;
• Conduct on-site installation and maintenance of hardware and software equipment;
• Follow up the resolution of system issues;
• Conduct deployment of system bug-fix or program release with liaison with the maintenance contractor and end users; and
• Monitor the system performance, quality assurance and other adhoc or on-going system maintenance activities.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• IT project management and vendor management;
• IT System management and administration;
• Good communication skills, customer service skills, coordination skills and liaison skills;
• Good command of Chinese and English;
• Self-motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro-active, fast learning and good team player;
