• Responsible for the implementation and support for the project: design and construction of Data Centre; 
• Responsible for the on-going system maintenance for Warehouse Management and Inventory Control System (WMICS) and e-Message Platform; and 
• Supporting the planning and implementation of projects.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to take a leading role of facilitating the project implementation.  These include, but not limited to, the followings:

• Assist the project manager to manage and oversee the project implementation progress;
• Coordinate with different stakeholders including end users, contractors and vendors to ensure the smooth running of projects;
• Prepare the technical specifications for the related IT procurement for the project implementation;
• Monitor the performance of the contractor and ensure the performance meeting the planned schedule and user expectation;
• Perform quality control on the system design, application programs and related deliverables according to the IT policies, standards, methodologies and best practices;
• Assist users in user acceptance testing, training and system deployment and rollout ;
• Coordinate with the contractors to support the security risk assessment and audit conducted by third parties; and
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Experience in supporting the implementation and support of outsourced IT implementation projects and system maintenance;
• Experience in system implementation and support of web-based application systems;
• Familiar with policies, standards, guidelines, methodologies and requirements, such as Baseline IT Security Policy, IT Security Guidelines, System Development Life Cycle, System Maintenance Plan, and Stores and Procurement Regulations;
• Experience in providing administrative and technical support for systems hosting in Cloud Infrastructure Services;
• Experience in system implementation and support of inventory control, stock management or delivery tracking system is an advantage;
• Good communication skills, coordination skills and liaison skills;
• Good command of Chinese and English;
• Self-motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro-active, fast-learning and good team player.
