Responsible for 

• the project management of the projects: Pharmacy Inventory and Warehouse Management System; 
• the on-going system maintenance for Manufacturing Management and Control System III (MMCS III); and 
• providing technical advice and support for the project: Setting up of Data Catalogue.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to take a management role to facilitate system implementation and maintenance tasks.  These include, but not limited to, the followings:

• Assist in preparing the specifications for service acquisition by providing technical advice;
• Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure their performance meeting the planned schedule and user expectation;
• Lead the team in performing quality assurance on the system design, application programs and related deliverables according to the government IT policies, standards, methodologies and best practices;
• Support and provide guidance and advices to users on user acceptance testing, system deployment and rollout;
• Advise and facilitate the outsourced contractor in sourcing IT solutions and studying the advanced IT technologies for project implementation;
• Coordinate with the contractors to support the security risk assessment and audit conducted by third parties; and
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Experience in project management of outsourced IT implementation projects and system maintenance;
• Experience in project management, system implementation and support of web-based application systems;
• Familiar with methodologies and requirements, such as Baseline IT Security Policy, IT Security Guidelines, System Development Life Cycle, System Maintenance Plan, and Stores and Procurement Regulations;
• Experience in providing administrative and technical support for systems hosting in Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS);
• Experience in project management, system implementation and support of inventory control, stock management or delivery tracking system is an advantage;
• Good communication skills, coordination skills and liaison skills;
• Good command of Chinese and English;
• Self-motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro-active, fast-learning and good team player.
