• Multi-vendor Mission Critical System.
• Multi-tier System Integration.
• Smartcard Technology.

To manage and oversee the provision of enhancements and maintenance of the Systems.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To lead and supervise a team of support staff to provide technical support for daily operation and enhancements; 
• To oversee the implementation of enhancements;
• To co-ordinate with parties concerned and manage the enhancements for passenger and vehicular e-Channels;
• To manage and conduct quality assurance on the performance of contractors; and 
• To perform other duties required for meeting the department's strategies and business needs.
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Strong experience in implementation and support for multi-vendor mission critical systems;
• Strong experience in multi-tier system integration;
• Strong experience in IT service outsourcing management;
• Strong experience in project implementation, coordination and management;
• The contract staff is required to take up on-call duty;
• The contract staff will have to work outside normal office hours occasionally to meet the operational needs.
