Outsourced development and maintenance project.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Oversee the system development and maintenance, security risk assessment and audit services, and privacy impact assessment;
• Serve as IT advisor and collaborator to work closely with end users and contractors, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders during the procurement, system design and development stages;
• Ensure the quality of all deliverables from the contractors are up to the required standard;
• Contribute proper IT advices to the project and prepare relevant progress reports and plans;
• Prepare procurement document and perform technical evaluation;
• Manage system refreshment and new IT projects.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 12 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 6 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 6 years' proven experience in managing outsourced IT projects and security risk assessment and audit service with users from various departments;
• At least 6 years' proven experience in managing prosecution and enforcement related information system;
• At least 6 years' proven experience in managing data exchange interface between different information systems;
• Valid certificate in Project Management Professional (PMP); and
• Valid certificate in Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).
