Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To manage day-to-day technical support;
• To provide technical advice to users for the on-going development and enhancements of the application system;
• To manage and provide support of the applications;
• To carry out technical research and studies on technology refreshment;
• To provide support in carrying out the procurement activities for hardware, software and services to meet the project requirements;
• To perform vendor management and contract management for outsourced IT services;
• To supervise the team to monitor the system performance and ensure compliance with IT security for the IT systems in charge; and
• To carry out team management and any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Solid technical experience in IT operational management, Internet, IT security and IT planning as well as other related technical skills. 
• Possess other non-technical experience such as vendor management, contract administration and negotiation skill etc.
