Supervise a team of IT professionals to maintain and support the network infrastructure, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) security systems, departmental systems and perform project management on various ICT projects.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To plan and control all phases of computer projects including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, implementation, system nursing and maintenance;
• To provide technical consultancy services on operating system, data communication and database;
• To evaluate and select appropriate computer products for the development and maintenance of computer systems;
• To supervise a team in maintaining and supporting various systems, Active Directory system, Department Portal system, network infrastructure and security equipment;
• To ensure 7 x 24 availability of the network services and provide ad-hoc response, investigation and support to security incidents; 
• To manage and co-ordinate with various Departments for on-going operations and ICT projects;
• To perform project management of outsourced ICT projects;
• To participate in the funding application, tendering and procurement in various ICT projects; and
• To prioritize and assign tasks to subordinates, provide guidance and oversee their performance.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 17 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 10 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Solid experience in project management, network infrastructure and system support;
• Well-versed in H3C network routers and switches configuration;
• Solid experience in tendering / procurement procedures and security policy is an advantage;
• Good experience in supporting application systems related to public works is an advantage;
• Solid experience in team management.
