Project management of IT projects and IT support.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To plan and control all phases of computer projects including technical study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation, programming, implementation, nursing and maintenance;
• To provide technical consultancy services and recommend technical solutions on the development and maintenance of computer systems.
• To lead an in-house team and/or vendors/outsourcers to deliver IT projects, maintain IT systems and provide IT support as well as monitor their performance;
• To perform any other relevant duties as assigned .
• May be redeployed to provide IT support for other divisions/systems/projects in the future.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Must have intensive experience in system implementation and maintenance/support of IT systems;
• Must have solid experience in project management and team leading;
• Must have solid experience in SSADM and PMP;
• Attained certification in widely accepted project management / IT security methodologies such as PMP/PRINCE2/CISA/CISM/CISSP is highly desirable;
• Experience in Information System Study is highly desirable;
• Experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit is highly desirable;
• Experience in Procurement/Disposal Procedures is desirable.
