To maintain and support IT systems, Daily Lotus Notes Management and IT projects.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To liase with end users and contractors on system trainings, systen supports and maintenance issues;
• To assist end users to conduct system testing and user acceptance;
• To assist CSA/CAP and work with contractors on implementation projects of the IT systems: delivery, configuration, installation and acceptance;
• To provide technical support and help desk services to users of the Department;
• To be able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime if required; and
• To work on other ICT related duties as required.
  
  
  
   

• Diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 4 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 3 years experience in similar position;
• At least 2 years working experience in system integration and monitoring of outsourced projects;
• At least 2 years experience in SQL programming and helpdesk support;
• Working experience in site preparation.
• Practical knowledge and project experience of the implementation of servers, storage, network and cabling equipment.
