Job Description

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

  • To provide daily technical support of two production systems.
  • To troubleshoot production system problems and handle users queries.
  • To assist in project implementation.
  • To provide on-site support service.
  • To assist in other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor.




     

Job Requirement

  • Diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 1 years experience in similar position;
  • Solid experience in supporting production systems;
  • Experience in Windows server and active directory administration;
  • Experience in providing system and network support.
