To provide system maintenance support and office automation support.
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide daily technical support of Incident Reporting System.
• To provide day-to-day technical support, including PCs related hardware and software.
• To troubleshoot, diagnosis and resolve adhoc enquiries and problems.
• To assist in project implementation.
• To provide on-site support service.
• To assist in other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor.
  
  
  
  
   

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 1 years experience in similar position;
• Solid experience in supporting Office Automation PCs; 
• Hands-on experiences in Microsoft Windows are essential;
• Experience in supporting production systems is preferred.
