• To handle all IT related matters;
• To provide support of desktop services;
• To provide IT user support to all users;
• To provide support to the servers;
• To provide endpoint security support;
• To provide onsite support and electoral activities support during office and non-office hours;
• To provide support to system; and

• Degree holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity.
