LAN Support.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Providing technical support and advice on the day-to-day operation;
• Assisting CSSA on the provision of technical and systems support to the Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS), such as systems upgrade, software update/upgrade at computer workstations and LAN network, etc.
• Assisting CSSA in managing the departmental website such as content uploading; and
• Assisting CSSA in providing support on IT issues such as logistic support on disposal of IT hardware, software and equipment.
  
  
  
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Proven relevant experience, and experience in providing technical support to ERKS Implementation project.
