Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To be responsible for the daily operation of and maintenance of department system.
• To assist in liaison and coordination with other divisions/sections regarding department system's operation and development;
• To assist in managing and drawing data from department system, performing data reconciliation/relation with various IT systems;
• To assist in producing statistics in respect of provisions for secondary schools to various sections as well as external parties;
• To develop and maintain a digital repository for data management;
• To perform user administration tasks for department system such as setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords, ensuring network security and connectivity, monitoring evaluating network/system performance, etc.;
• To design the interface for data input of e-forms, and to generate statistics figures for reporting and review purpose;
• To provide technical support for department system users when required; and
• To perform any other pertinent duties as assigned.
  
  
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity. 
• At least 2 years post qualification work experience in web application programming using JSP, Java, SQL, HTML in Microsoft Windows server and Microsoft SQL server environments;
• Knowledge of report generation using Sybase Powerbuilder or Infomaker is an advantage;
• Good working knowledge with Database related programming and software development;
• Education-related work experience is an advantage;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; and 
• Good spoken and written language skills.
