On-going Support of the department system.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To perform problem diagnosis and program fixing;
• To provide support for user query;
• To develop programs for system enhancement using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and other programming tools;
• To conduct program testing and system testing;
• To provide support to user acceptance testing;
• To prepare and maintain program documentation;
• To prepare and maintain job control procedures;
• To assist in the system design of computer applications;
• To assist in preparing project reports and specifications; and
• To perform on call support duty of department system functions.
  
  
  
   

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity. 
• Hands-on experience in JAVA and Structured Query Language;
• Hands-on experience in application system using BrioQuery and OBIEE;
• Experience in social security service system is preferred;
