Provide support in the development of a systems for implementation, support on-going website and e-submission system maintenance as well as implementing enhancements and system administration, and provide miscellaneous IT support for other initiatives such as Business Intelligence Tools.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to in relation to the maintenance and enhancement of thematic website and e-submission systems to perform the followings:

• Review work and documentation submitted by contractors;
• Facilitate and conduct acceptance tests;
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure quality of deliverables ;
• Perform system bug fixes and feature enhancements with quick response time;
• Maintain applications and databases by evaluating client needs and analyzing requirements;
• Arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements and preparing workflow charts and diagrams;
• Analyze user information system needs;
• Address public enquiries related to the website or e-submission systems;
• In relation to IT support, to:
  • Conduct system analysis;
  • Implement web-based applications with Business Intelligence Dashboard;p
  • Maintain daily operation on application servers;
  • Provide post-installation knowledge on Business Intelligence application design;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
     

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Information System, or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Experience in system development/maintenance in the Government/public sector will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Tableau and proficiency in web application development with Java, JavaScript, HTML and data operation in SQL server are required;
• Working experience with PHP and Cloud computing will be advantage;
• Proficient in JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, XML,CSS, Java/web application using J2EE technology.
