To perform server and system administration, IT procurement and ongoing system maintenance of backend servers and application systems.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to provide server backend operation support and IT procurement to over 1300 staff and 5 offices with major duties including but not limited to the following:

• Perform day-to-day System Administration jobs, monitoring and performing troubleshooting of Windows Servers (AD, DNS, etc.);
• Assist in project planning, UAT and system implementation on various OA and security related projects;
• Organise client PC workstation replacement project;
• Assist in implementing and maintaining data encryption solution for OA related systems;
• Perform system/software upgrade and patch management;
• VMWare vCenter/ESXI operations for virtualized servers/workstations;
• Administration and support for Endpoint Security Solutions;
• Update the system documents and diagram;
• Maintain inventory for IT assest;
• Produce and edit video content for the publicity;
• Assist procurement activities and administration tasks for the team; and
• The staff is required to work overtime occasionally.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science/Computer Studies, or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;'
• At least 3 years experience in IT system and infrastructure support;
• Proficiency in Windows Administration (Both Servers and Windows 10), VMware, backup solution;
• Hands-on experience on patching and configuration management for network equipment, Servers, Notebook Computer and PC workstation;
• Experience on implementation and support on EndPoint Security Solutions;
• Experience on support IT backup operation;
• Experience in video editing software including Canva, Adobe creative software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro);
• Knowledge on operation of SSL certificate for web application;
• Knowledge of the following areas is an advantage: Linux administration, Video Editing.
