• System implementation of new systems. 
• System enhancement and On-going support for existing systems.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Project development and system implementation including programming, performing system tests, co-ordinating UAT, system installation and configuration for system rollout, managing the performance of the outsourcing contractor and reviewing the contractor's work. 
• Support and liaison with internal users and contractors for enhancement tasks of existing systems including programming, performing SIT, UAT and coordinating the rollout tasks.
• On-going support and maintenance of existing systems including programming, performing SIT, UAT, bug-fixing, fire-fighting and responding to users enquiries.
• Carrying out other duties assigned.
• Ad hoc support during non-office hour and mobile or pager holding may be necessary.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 1 year experience in similar position
• Solid experience in system development, application programming and maintenance of web-based application
• Solid Experience in working with outsourced contractors for system development and or support;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and
• Good communication and problem solving skills
