• support the technical implementation, UAT, operation and maintenance of the portal, e-form and workflow system.
• proficient in MS applications and Chinese word processing.

Responsible for supporting the facilitation measures for data flow.

- To liaise with stakeholders for the formulation, implementation and administration of the facilitation measures.
- To prepare relevant documentation for the implementation and administration of the facilitation measures.
- To support the technical implementation, UAT, operation and maintenance of the portal, e-form and workflow system.
- To carry out administrative tasks, including preparation of regular/ad hoc updates and statistical reports.
- To carry out any other duties as may be assigned.

- Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English
- Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word processing
- Experience in technical implementation, UAT, operation and maintenance of website is preferred
