• maintenance and enhancement of website and e-submission systems.
• Knowledge of Tableau and proficiency in web application development with Java, JavaScript, HTML and data operation in SQL server.
• Proficient in JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, XML, CSS, Java/web application using J2EE technology.

Provide support in the development of an "e-submission" systems, support on-going website and e-submission system maintenance as well as implementing enhancements and system administration, and provide miscellaneous IT support for other initiatives such as Business Intelligence Tools.

- Review work and documentation submitted by contractors
- Facilitate and conduct acceptance tests
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure quality of deliverables 
- Perform system bug fixes and feature enhancements with quick response time
- Maintain applications and databases by evaluating client needs and analyzing requirements
- Arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements and preparing workflow charts and diagrams
- address enquiries related to the website or e-submission systems
- Conduct system analysis
- Implement web-based applications with Business Intelligence Dashboard
- Maintain daily operation on application servers
- Provide post-installation knowledge on Business Intelligence application design 
- Perform any other duties as assigned

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System or related discipline 
- Experience in system development/maintenance
- Knowledge of Tableau and proficiency in web application development with Java, JavaScript, HTML and data operation in SQL server
- Working experience with PHP and Cloud computing will be advantage
- Proficient in JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, XML, CSS, Java/web application using J2EE technology
