We are seeking a Business Director for our recruitment services for IT talents and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing qualified candidates, securing placements, onboarding, and maintaining high service standards throughout the employment period. Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills are essential. At EDPS, you’ll be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in IT staffing. 

• Talent Acquisition: Search and recruit qualified IT professionals for secondment staff positions, ensuring a reliable match with our clients' requirements.
• Staff Management: Oversee the training and development of contract staff, focusing on their career growth and professional development.
• Client Engagement: Understand clients’ needs and technical requirements to provide qualified staffing to clients.
• Business Development: Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution of recruitment initiatives and new business development.

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Solid IT talent recruitment background with a deep understanding of the industry.
• At least three years’ experience in the recruitment and placement of IT professionals (from IT Assistants to Senior Project Managers).
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies; experience with companies supplying contract IT professionals is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Candidates with less recruitment experience but who have worked as IT contract staff with a good business mindset are welcome to apply.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
