Position Overview:
 

Our Client is a leading, sizable public organization in HK. They are hiring Customer Service Officer, Senior Customer Service Officers, and Customer Service Supervisor to join them.

Responsibilities:

Answer telephone enquiries and complaints

Record and input into the computer full particulars of customers' contacts, enquiries, applicants and complaints in a professional manner

Refer the received enquiries and complaints to the responsible sections and divisions for follow-up actions

Prepare written operational and monitoring reports if instructed by supervisor.

For senior role and supervisor, also include administration, training, HR and system support duties and supervise work of subordinate staff

Should have obtained passes in five subjects or above in the HKCEE or equivalent qualifications, including English language and Chinese language

Fluent in Cantonese and English. Knowledge of Putonghua is a plus.

Work experience in a call center is preferred

At least 2 years' work experience in providing customer service

Willing to handle customer enquiries and complaints in an efficient and courteous manner

Mature and good teamwork and attitude
