Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• Develop, implement and maintain IT infrastructures, backend interface, data center, cloud services, big data analysis, IoT support, network monitoring and video analytics platform for the support of illegal disposal of waste;
• Operate the RTTMV System and support daily liaison works with the RTTMV O&M Contractors;
• Conduct IT-related procurement, including preparation and technical assessment of tender documents, and managing of outsourcing works/services in conjunction with other government Bureaus / Departments, external vendors and R&D centers; 
• Support and manage IT systems on Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) environment;
• Maintain and support internal, internet and mobile networking;
• Assist ITM on daily operation and technical support;                                         
• Source potential vendors for IT hardware and software; and                                                
• Other Job-related Requirements: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department, including work outdoors or on board.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Proficient in application development, implementation and maintenance
• Experience in ArcGIS and/or other GIS application system
• With good knowledge in programming languages and environments
