Technical Support of Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS)

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide technical support during nursing and maintenance period to Central ERKS for 81 Bureaux and Departments (B/Ds)
• To provide technical expertise and support in managing applications in Container as a Service (CaaS) environment.
• To carry out tasks of capacity planning, monitoring of resource utilization, management of server certificates, system software patching, application deployment and technical architectural review
• To coordinate with ERKS contractor and Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) support team for arrangement of infrastructure resources and troubleshooting server problems
• To review the security design of the ERKS 
• To review project deliverables, prepare management returns and provide support for project administration for ERKS
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity
• At least 3 years working experience in Java program, MySQL or equivalent 
• At least 2 years working experience in web application development, web service, web application server and system analysis and design
• Preferably with experience in AI models, Solr, container-based technology, such as Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift, API Management Application and public cloud solution
• Candidate should have good command of spoken Cantonese and good command of spoken and writing skill in English, good command of spoken Putonghua is preferred but not mandatory
