Licensing Management Information System (LMIS3)
The Licensing Management Information System (LMIS3) computerizes licence and permit information through a web-based platform to streamline processes related to application, amendment, renewal, revenue collection, and data enquiry. Regular maintenance is conducted to ensure system stability and reliability. Continuous enhancements are being implemented to improve system performance and introduce new functionalities, including licence and permit enforcement features, a mobile application for inspections, and support for processing various valid licence and permit transactions such as alteration, renewal, re-issue, transfer, refund, amendment, duplication, cancellation or suspension, voluntary surrender, and approval for the use of bactericidal agents and food service equipment. 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To perform requirements collection, system analysis & design, development, testing, deployment and enhancement for MASHM
• To provide on-going maintenance supports for MASHM
• To perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 8 years of experience in similar capacity
• At least 8 year of experience as Systems Analyst and 12 years of experience in IT;
• Solid experience in JAVA web application development;
• Solid experience in Control-M batch job scheduling and administration; and
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills in business and technical aspects.
