Support the PC/LAN Infrastructure of the IRD.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Support and lead subordinates and vendors in planning, designing, implementing and maintaining the desktop management systems, Chinese computing, Intranet services, e-Fax services, Internet proxy, malware alert, PC workstations and notebook computers.
• Assist the implementation of Endpoint Detection and Response.
• Explore the adoption of national products.
• Coordinate with users and other project teams for the above project.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Need to take up on-call duty.
• Occasionally need to work after office hours including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 8 year experience in IT industry and at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Have solid experience in technical support of desktop management systems, Chinese computing, Intranet services, e-Fax services, Internet proxy, malware alert, PC workstations and notebook computers in the Government of HKSAR.
• Have good knowledge on the IT security policy and guidelines adopted in the Government of HKSAR.
