Systems Information and Network Infrastructure Security

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To plan and implement new IT security initiatives, enhancement measures, and network infrastructure security solutions;
• To manage and support IT security activities, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA), and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA);
• To review and update IT security documentation, policies, and guidelines;
• To liaise with internal staff and IT contractors for outsourced implementation services;
• To perform system/software upgrades, security patch management, and routine infrastructure support;
• To work overtime, including irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays when necessary;
• To perform duties primarily at the Yau Ma Tei office, with duties across offices in Yau Ma Tei and Cheung Sha Wan as needed; and
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity
• Knowledge and experience in cloud computing technologies including server virtualization required
• Experience in contract administration required
• Knowledge and experience in preparation of procurement documents
• Knowledge and experience in verification of documentation deliverables of the contractors
• Strong analytical mind and problem solving techniques
• Competent communication skills (both of verbal and writing) and interpersonal techniques
• Knowledge and experience in Storage Area Network and IT security is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in government procurement procedures preferred
• Knowledge and experience in inventory management preferred
