Application System Management

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Support the infrastructure and IT security of the OA facilities and systems;
• Lead a team of in-house IT staff to provide on-going support and maintenance of OA facilities, conduct technical evaluation of OA products and provide helpdesk services for supporting internal end users;
• Plan and manage OA and IT security projects;
• Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders including support teams of Government central IT services such as Government Backbone Network (GNET), Government Communication Network (GCN), Internet Access Services (IAS) and Internet Mail Exchange (IMX) Service, for provision of good support services and implementation of projects; and
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• good interpersonal and communication skills;
• strong leadership and management skills in implementation of IT projects;
• solid experience in managing helpdesk and support services for Microsoft Windows desktop platform; 
• solid experience in GOA desktop platform adopting Microsoft Windows; and
• solid experience in enterprise scale email system for both Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook.
