Helpdesk and technical Support

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Configuration of Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS)
• Replacement of Computers and Upgrade of Office Automation Software
   

• Diploma from a HK or overseas tertiary education institute, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in PC Lan support, PC problem diagnosis and end user support;
• To liaise with users and computer vendors as well as keep proper records for helpdesk services
• To assist in resuming computer services where appropriate
• To monitor the healthiness of application systems and IT equipment
• To perform routine operations including daily computer jobs and data backup
• To run ad hoc computer jobs, such as data restore
• To assist in diagnosis and troubleshooting on hardware and software as well as application systems
• To set up IT equipment for testing and deployment; and to provide on-site and off-site support in non-office hours as and when required
• To accept any other ICT responsibilities assigned by supervisor
• May be required to provide technical support during non-office hours on a roster basis
