Network infrastructure support

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• Provide technical support for senior technical staff to manage multiple-brand switches, firewalls, VPNs and any other network infrastructure;
• Technical support for Internet, Intranet, LAN and WAN across multiple data centres and buildings;
• Provide technical support for network infrastructure across multiple sites and buildings;
• Update documentation, procedures, and records timely;
• Provide network support services to end users for daily operation.

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Solid Experience in supporting firewalls, load balancers, and VPN gateways is an advantage; 
• Experience working in public sector or large enterprise environments is an advantage;
• Experience in supporting Cisco/Huawei/H3C routing and switching, preferable with related certification such as CCNA / CCNP / HCIA / HCIP or equivalent
