The staff shall provide application development services to the Enhancement and Upgrade of Systems for Revenue Analysis (RAS upgrade project) and application maintenance and production support services to the Building Name Book System (BNB), the Electronic Forms System (e-Form) and the Subdivided Units System (SUS).

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Perform system analysis and design for the implementation of enhancements of RAS;
• Provide maintenance support for BNB, e-Form and SUS;
• Lead programmers to develop/amend programs and support user acceptance test; and 
• Keep the relevant program specifications and other documentation up to date;
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• The staff shall have rich hands-on experience in Oracle application development, Oracle database, Oracle development tools (Oracle Form and Report), Unix and Java Servlet programming with/in the Government.  Experience in application development and/or maintenance in property valuation system or related subject areas will be an advantage.
