Project implementation of e-learning and training administration systems and integrated training venue and facility management system

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To design and develop modules of the e-learning and training administration systems, room booking system, visitor management system and digital display system, conducting implementation and providing system maintenance and ongoing support;
• To be responsible for integration/customisation of technical solutions of learning management system and website content management system, conducting implementation and providing system maintenance and ongoing support;
• To perform research of e-learning platforms, IT training facilities and development technologies for the system analysis and design and system implementation and integration;
• To provide delivery works including requirement analysis, system design, authentication server design, system programming, testing, acceptance, capacity planning, technical support and quality assurance;
• To liaise with parties concerned (including system owners, business users, building contractors, IT vendors, Digital Policy Office, Architectural Services Department, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, etc.) for conducting system analysis and design, system implementation and integration and ongoing activities support;
• To assist in enhancing the existing e-learning and training administration systems to cope with the new system implementation;
• To assist supervisors in vendor management and managing outsourcing activities including quality assurance of deliverables and service acceptance; and
• To support supervisors in providing technical advice to management, users or communities as appropriate.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server; 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese (essentially Cantonese) and English.
