Skilled and experienced System Analyst responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and managing web-based applications for HYAB. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in website development, website management at Government hosting platform, web application development, website content management systems and workflow processes. The candidate should also have knowledge in IT Security in order to liaise with various parties or fix the security related issues at various websites.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions on existing HYAB Homepage and various thematic websites;
• Acquire and manage outsourced contractors, liaise with various parties including users, teams from DPO, for developing and maintaining HYAB websites, web-based application systems and other workflow system services;
• Liaise with various parties like Contractors, users to fix and follow up on the security findings from third parties including regular SRAA, government-wide health check exercise and compliance audit conducted by DPO;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the websites and web-based application systems meet the needs of the end users;
• Conduct system integration with other applications (such as Mobile Apps), including design, develop and testing of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs);
• Contribute to the development of project plans, reviewing the deliverables and documentation of various projects;
• Conduct ERKS client testing and deployment;
• Assist on e-Form development;
• Provide other IT services as assigned by supervisor

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 6 years of experience in similar capacity
