 One-stop portal of the Hong Kong Centre for Medical Product Regulation (CMPR), and other related IT initiatives.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Solicit user requirements for development of new one-stop portal and other IT initiatives in relation to adoption of AI;
• Perform technical study on the existing IT systems under the Regulartory Services;
• Devise functional and system architecture design for development of new IT systems;
• Participate in development of IT implementation roadmap for CMPR;
• Prepare technical specifications for IT procurements;
• Assist in the management of outsourced implementation services;
• Assist in IT project management;
• Participate in quality assurance on IT deliverables; and
• Any other duties assigned by supervisors.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 6 years of experience in similar capacity
• Solid experience in web application development and support in Java EE;
• Solid experience in Internet/Intranet application development;
• Experience in managing and supporting various activities throughout different stages of Software Development Life Cycle; 
• Experience in developing public facing Internet applications would be an advantage;
• Experience in .Net framework would be an advantage; and
• Experience in the implementation of web site and/or content management system would be an advantage.
