To provide professional IT advice for system application enhancement and system maintenance for Personal Documentation Submission Kiosks (PDSKs) and Personal Documentation Collection Kiosks (PDCKs)

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To coordinate with related stakeholders to support the implementation of system application enhancements for PDSKs and PDCKs;
• To monitor contractors' work and provide technical advice on project deliverables;
• To perform technical problem diagnosis and consequent resolutions;
• To take up round-the-clock on-call duties and provide on-site technical support for system maintenance services; and
• To perform any other duties as may be required for meeting the department's business needs.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity
• Well-versed in supporting and administering virtualized server infrastructure using VMware vCloud Suite;
• Solid experience in conducting IT Security Risk Assessment and IT security scanning tools; and
• Hands-on experience in managing system monitoring platform and support the setup of monitoring for various network components and operating systems including Windows, UNIX and Linux.
