Development of new IT systems; support, maintenance and enhancement of existing systems; support and administration of hardware and infrastructure.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Develop an IT system for collating and disseminating Electric Vehicle (EV) charging information, a database and an application system / a dashboard for monitoring of real-time data and reporting; 
• Develop an IT system for fee charging service;
• Prepare tender documents and specifications for system and programme design, development, system requirements, etc., as well as operation and maintenance procedures / manuals; 
• Address interfacing issues on data collection from different servers / systems and sharing to other departments' applications;
• Take part in the procurement and installation of IT hardware and software, and oversee the inventory;
• Prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance test; and
• Oversee and manage all IT security including admin system, data backup and access control, etc. .
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Good knowledge in system development and QA/QC testing in big data processing; and
• Experience in public sector project and related professional qualifications will be an advantage.
• Experience in Node.js, JSON, ExcelJS and PowerShell is optional; 
• Knowledge in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, VBA, SQL, PHP is optional; 
• Adobe W3C requirements, preparation and verification is optional; and 
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Project Management Professional (PMP) is optional
