Oversee the operation and on-going maintenance of DH Infrastructure including NGITI. Provide IT Infrastructure Support for the Department of Health and Centre for Health Protection, maintaining and enhancing existing systems. 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Oversee system maintenance and IT security of the enquiry and complaint registration system, incident reporting system, files sharing portal, single-signon system and Government Messaging/Chat application;
• Arrange, engage and oversee all contractors for implementation and maintenance;
• Plan, review and study PC configuration related matters;
• Coordinate and support the upgrade of office automation software;
• Maintain Standard PC Configuration Guide; 
• Supervise and manage IT staff;
• Oversee and manage IT procurement; and
• Assist in other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge on project management, vendor management, system maintenance, and familiar with government tendering and documentation standards.
