Manage and take lead of the design and implementation of the AI-powered Applications, Smart Environment Monitoring and Audit (Smart EM&A) Platform

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Manage and take lead of the Smart EM&A, HKED, AI, GCIS and other IT projects of EAD;
• Lead the IT team to provide support to the senior management in enhancing and expanding the Smart EM&A, HKED, AI, GCIS and exploring other new IT initiatives;
• Manage and supervise the formulation and implementation of the data governance plan;
• Supervise the IT team in providing daily support to the operation of the IT systems;
• Supervise and work with the system contractors to evaluate and identify solutions to meet end-user requirements;
• Digitalization of the useful data in approved EIA reports;
• IT System infrastructure design, implementation, maintenance and enhancement; 
• Provide training and instructions to EPD officers on IT systems; 
• Complete other tasks assigned by the senior management which are necessary for the smooth implementation and operation of IT systems.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 9 years' experience in IT industry and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in System Analysis and Design;
• Experience with Large Language Model training and optimization
