Implementation and production support for Phase 3 of Trade Single Window (TSW Phase 3)

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide technical advice, progress monitoring and quality assurance on system analysis and design, and business application implementation to be performed by an outsourced contractor for TSW3
• To liaise with end users and internal IT support teams for project implementation and maintenance support services;
• To assist the project manager in project management, contract administration and managing outsourced services, and;
• To perform other administrative activities as when required.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 6 year experience in IT industry and at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in system analysis and design, and implementation; and
• Experience in managing and monitoring outsourced contractors.
• Have strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills; and
• Be hard-working and self-motivated with positive attitude.
• Service period can be extended subject to satisfactory performance of the staff.
