Provide internal support to Operation Teams/ICT Project teams

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Responsible to perform site preparation work and inspection work at Data Centres and different police premises, outdoor work and access to construction site might be required
• Responsible to coordinate with counterpart of projects related to installation or replacement of ICT facilities/Data Centre infrastructures and ensure the project meets the requirements and schedule.
• Responsible to acquire cabling services, ICT equipment relocation services and hardware/software installation services
• Responsible to handle site defects and network connection problems with contractors
• Responsible to procure and evaluate operational related equipment and services
• Responsible to maintain site records and floorplan, compile management statistics and reports
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Certificate in computer subject or above
• At least five yea relevant experience in:
•  the provision of support services to users; or
•  site preparation or network implementation / OA LAN support; or
• computer operation works in Data Centre
• Hands-on experience and solid knowledge in MS Windows and MS Office, skilful in floor plan drawing tool of Corel Draw and AutoCAD will be advantageous.
• The candidate should be self-confident, work independently and adaptable to different job requirements
• The candidate should have good communications and interpersonal skill
• Possession of working experience in HK Special Administration Region and Project Management & Development is preferred

Security vetting is required.

Priority will be given to candidates who possess the following requirement(s):
Good knowledge in network products (NET) including switches, routers, security appliances and network
management tools
