Responsible for providing daily operational support for the Intranet Video Conferencing System and Private Cloud System, as well as the server network and backup services;
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and backup systems, ensuring maximum availability of all production infrastructure and systems; 
• Provide end user support, maintenance and enhancements for Intranet Video Conferencing System and Private Cloud system; 
• Deploy office automation applications to offices/divisions/units; 
• Provide administrative and technical support and hotline services; and
• Perform other IT duties assigned by supervisors.
   

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Good knowledge on IT security, site preparation, network, system, storage and backup infrastructure, and data encryption;
• Able to work independently;
  The applicant must have:
  -    Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; and
  -    Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Chinese or English, preference given to those good at both
   

Priority will be given to candidates who possess the following requirement(s):
Good knowledge in network products (NET) including switches, routers, security appliances and network
management tools
