Provide support for IT systems, procurement tasks and general administration 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Provide on-going ICT administrative support to network and application teams.
• Liaise with ICT service vendors and internal staff for handling service contract, purchasing and payment matters.
• Assist in filing and maintaining inventory records, procurement documents, purchase orders, bill payment and ICT assets registers.
• Carry out other support activities assigned.
• Assist in user account and access management, staff leave/time-off records keeping and collaboration of feedback.

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Knowledge and experience in ICT administrative support is desirable.
• Experience in handling ICT service contracts and procurement matters is desirable.
• Knowledge and experience in configuration of network devices and information system / network security is an advantage.

Priority will be given to candidates who possess the following requirement(s):
Good knowledge in network products (NET) including switches, routers, security appliances and network
management tools
