Development of a flexible application processing and workflow management system (APWMS) to digitize the administration 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Monitor and manage the performance of the contractor;
• Carry out quality control and quality assurance, and project management duties, to scrutinize project reports and specifications;
• Monitor and oversee the user requirements gathering and the related analysis;
•  Monitor, oversee and provide advice on the BPR study;
• Monitor, oversee and provide advice on SA&D;
• Coordinate meetings with users and the contractor;
• Procurement of system and database services / computer software and hardware;
• Prepare contingency plans and drills;
• Plan, monitor and perform system/UAT testing;
• Manage and oversee the operation of the new system;
• Plan and oversee the expansion of the system to cover other funding schemes after roll out.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 6 years of experience as Project Manager and 12 years of experience in IT;
• Have qualification related to Project Management
• Have good written skills in Chinese and English and fluent in these spoken languages
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices in system development and maintenance stage.
• Have solid experience in development and maintenance of web application systems, programming experiences in J2EE, MySQL, MSSQL, VMware, Linux system, JBoss application server, web development, HTTP protocol
• Have proven experience in vendor management, contract management and IT outsourcing.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and under pressure
• Have project development experience in funding scheme system
