Provision of operation and user support services for IT related activities

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Assist users in using computer applications including initial project setup, data updates/extraction, report generation/editing, user training and coaching.
• Support, assist, operate and resolve problems related to the use of IT systems, software and hardware, which may include but not limited to, webpage updates, office software, printer, and various internal systems (HOMES, ERP, GIS & ETrMS) depending on the operational needs.  Training may be provided for various internal systems.
• Assist users in reporting and resolving IT problems in collaboration with Helpdesk, 
  
  
  
  
  
   

• Diploma from a HK or overseas tertiary education institute, or equivalent.
• The proposed candidate(s) must have at least 2 years of solid working experience 
• Occasionally require to work overtime, and provide on-site support at premises other than HA Headquarters, such as user office at construction site.
