Manage and support the network infrastructure and Government Office Automation (GOA) systems.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• Assist in gathering user requirements and designing system for new/enhancing IT applications;
• Assist in conducting User Acceptance Tests and perform quality assurance on different project deliverables;
• Support production deployment and rollout activities of new/enhancing IT applications;
• Support the user trainings of IT systems
• Perform programming and bug fixing for enhancing and maintaining existing IT systems;
• Perform patch deployment for IT systems;  
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, including the Application User Manuals;
• Provide administrative and helpdesk support for IT systems and other services; and
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacit
• Experienced in IT system implementation, testing or maintenance using programming languages and various support and development tools/environments, including JSON, XML, REST APIs and SQL;
• Experienced in providing technical support services for the IT systems of departments that are public facing; 
• Experienced in providing technical support via phone and email to address queries/incidents reported from users; and
•  It is an advantage for the candidate to possess experience in delivering and support public-facing IT systems that are related to tendering exercises and contractor management.
